We have an opening for a sous chef and daytime line cook. Very laid back atomosphere, with a huge kitchen and storage. This kitchen is a cadillac compared to the Yugo's of some kitchens I've worked in.
Pay based on experience, flexibility, and reliability.
The sous chef position is open for someone who is eager to learn, wants a steady schedule and an opportunity to be as creative as they want.
A good fit for a driven culinary grad with some experience. Approximately 50 hours a week with two days off every week after fully trained and can handle things in my absence. Health Insurance, and vacation time.
I am also looking for a day line cook who could work from 9:00 or earlier and work util 4 pm. Experience in opening shifts at restaurants a must. Opportunity for extra hours at night. Approximately 30 hours a week. More if any nights are worked.
