Help, Trauth have suddenly decided they are no longer supplying me with ice cream. I need to find another wholesaler quickly. Any ideas?

She said ice cream and she makes a lot of shakes I believe. Using expensive gelato would either drive her prices or her food costs through the roof.

Haywood's Dairy might come out your way. Give them a call 774-2311.

I have noticed a lot of the Asian buffets (been to a lot, son is an afficiando) have Blue Bunny in the big tubs. Somebody has to be selling it to them.

Have you tried Graeter's? They'd probably be more than happy to oblige you at wholesale.

We use Comfy Cow ice cream in the restaurant and I'm sure they would love to have your business as well. Their price for us is competitive with what it used to cost us to make our own so I think they might be a good option for you. Plus it would be a good way to support another local business. As they are just across the parking lot from us, they deliver to us on foot but I'm not sure what their delivery policy is. Give em a ring.

Dan-
I share a love of good wine with Bob Graeter, and last evening, over a few bottles of good stuff, I asked him if the company had consolidated all their ice cream making operations. He said that for the most part they had done that, but the Louisville franchisee still made their own product.
Should I doubt his veracity?
