•Responsible for fulfilling the production list
•Must be able to execute recipes consistently
•Careful attention to detail
•Must be reliable, professional, team-oriented
•Organized, good time management skills
•Occasional moderate to heavy (10-25+lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required
•Willingness to accept direction and constructive criticism
• Hands-on, flexible and highly responsive.
• High energy, positive person who is able to work with a diverse group of people.
• Hours of work for this position are approximately 25-30 hours per week.
Previous professional bread baking/kitchen experience required
