Upland Brewing Company in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking an Executive Chef of Kitchen Operations. This new position has been created to systematize our increasingly complex operations and to deliver further on our mission of fresh, local, hand-crafted foods paired alongside our brewery’s award-winning beers. This individual will be accountable for all food-related operations and the role is highly administrative (less than 50% of time directly in the kitchen). Developing key relationships with, and leveraging the talents of, the Executive Chef of Creation and the Sous Chef, who report directly to this position, is essential.
