At the JCPS surplus auction this Saturday, June 26 at 9:00am, 358 Farmington Ave off Crittenden Dr.(across from Whip Mix).
There are 2 almost brand new Berkel 2350 slicers, walk-ins, three bay sinks, dishwashers, refrigeration, speed-racks and LOTS AND LOTS of small-wares (Asst. insert pans, dishes, spoons, pots & pans, etc.) plus all of the other sundry stuff.
Great place to get a cheap used computer! They also have boats (including a 16' Bass Tracker) and marine engines this time from the old marine mechanic program.

Lots of good deals at a fraction of retail if you don't get caught up in a bidding war

There are no preview days open to the the public. You just have to show up early to look at stuff before the auction starts at 9:00. If there is something specific your looking for, I can go over and take a look. They just brought over a trailer mounted smoker I'm curious about. As with most things it help to know a little about what your bidding on and what it is worth before the bidding starts. Last month a 16x24 walk-in freezer/fridge combo went for $1,100 and it was working fine when they took it out. A brand new one the same size would cost about $16,000.
