Assistant Food and Beverage Director Position
Hiring Objective:
To find a qualified, well-organized, and experienced individual who can manage a fast-paced bar/restaurant in a well-known historic inn.
Description:
Bar/Restaurant Manager position for high-volume fast-paced Restaurant(s) located on the property of one of Kentucky’s signature dining/lodging establishments.
Responsibilities would include, but would not be limited to:
- Opening / Closing duties
- Bartending shifts
- Inventory & Ordering
- Cost Control
- Management of Floor/Bar during hours of operation
- Scheduling and Staffing
-Training and Evaluation of ALL Supervised Staff
Nights and Weekends.
Paid vacation and benefits available.
Requirements:
Food and Beverage Management Experience in Casual or Fine Dining Atmosphere (Combination of both preferred).
Minimum of 4 years Food and Beverage Experience.
Some Higher Education experience.
General Food and Beverage knowledge.
Excellent Communication and Organizational skills.
Any or all pertaining Certifications not required but are preferred.
