Red Bar inspires local restauranteur

My husband usually wears something connected to Scenic 30A - Seaside, Grayton, Red Bar, etc. At the brew fest at zoo, the owner of the Monkey Wrench said that the Red Bar inspired him to open up a place in Louisville. Guess he saw the $$$. I haven't been to the Monkey Wrench - been across the street for breakfast - I'll have to check it out. Been reading about the 2nd floor upstairs bar. We'll go early, if we're not the target (over 50, you're no ones targert :D

2 for 1 burger night on Tuesdays is a great deal! Plus I can get a vegetarian bacon cheddar burger. Yum!

I tried the MW upstairs deck/bar last Saturday for the first time - very nice, helpful bartenders, and it didn't get crowded until almost midnight. We arrived at 10, and there were tons of tables open.

You should consider, though, that since the deck is uncovered, smoking is permitted, if this bothers you.
