Tracy,

We really enjoy JeanRo Bistro downtown along with drinks at the bar in the Hilton Nederlander Plaza . Metropole at the 21C hotel is excellent . If you get any opportunity, Jungle Jim's is a must visit if you are into interesting foods ( and kitch) .

There are also several Cincy threads on here- just do a search. Have a great trip- we love Cincinnati!

Thanks for reminding me about Jungle Jim's! I had forgotten about that place. I'll be at a trade show most of the day but I definitely need to squeeze JJ's in!!

Tracy, if you can, go to the original location: more fun kitch! We were there a month ago with our 10 year old; we wandered about and shopped for 2 1/2 hours.

Because of the crowd we were with, we opted for A Tavola (but I really wanted Boca...lol)

We arrived there at about 3pm on Saturday. They were crowded but we only had a 5 minute wait. Fig & prosciutto (top), quattro fromaggi (right) and gorgonzola piccante (bottom)
The dough was so tender and flavorful. Slight char to the bottom and sides. The toppings were on point. Great place for sure.

We opted to stay there for dessert after receiving a sample of their salted caramel gelato. We ended up with a double scoop of that along with a scoop of blood orange sorbetto.

Thanks for all of the suggestions.

Add Mita's to the must eat list.
