Philadelphia

All,
I'm heading to Philly for a conference in a week. I will be staying downtown very near the Convention Center. Due to business, I will only be able select dining places for 3 dinners:
1) meeting my 80 year old Aunt and Uncle- need "American" food and quiet for conversation, but not too fancy.
2) dinner with colleagues- someplace with a vibe and entrees around $20-$28 or less.
3) nicer business dinner with execs

As always, something unique to the area is strongly preferred. Reservations will likely be necessary- alot of people in town for this.

Any ideas??
Thanks!
Deb

Morimoto is there: http://www.morimotorestaurant.com/

José Garces has several things going on from what I understand:

You can pretty much find classics & new trends in any culinary tradition you like, Philly is a food town.
