Louisville Restaurants Forum

Will be in New Orleans and Baton Rouge for a long weekend. Any Baton Rouge restaurant or things to do ideas? Planning visits to Civil War sites (maybe). I have had lunch at Chimes in BR recommended by a friend and might go back, but would like to hear reccos from y'all.
