Louisville Restaurants Forum

We are headed down to Asheville, NC for vacation this week and we were going to spend some time in both Hendersonville and Waynesville as well. While I'm quite familiar with what Asheville has to offer, I don't know anything about either of the other two other than they are supposed to be charming little towns as well. Any recs?

Well....I can tell ya that between Ashville and Hendersonville (on Hwy 25) that you can't swing a dead cat without hitting a mom and pop "Mexican" restaurant...but hey, at least they are "local".
