Thinking of taking a little road trip to Ikea/Jungle Jims next weekend wanted some ideas about where to eat would like to stay away from the chain places but want clean reasonably priced safe areas. We like just about any kind of food and are willing to try new things.
Also have not made hotel reservations yet so would not mind suggestions about that as well I will be picking up a AAA book tomorrow while I am out.
Thanks

Brijmohan Indian Sweets & Restaurant
Uncle Yip's Seafood Restaurant

Since you're going all the way to Ikea, you could check out eats in West Chester or Mason as well.

Sichuan Bistro
SuRa Korean
Pinoy Klasik

Also, located within 1 mile of Jungle Jim's is Sabor Peruano and Tacqueria Mercado.

I whole heartedly agree with Sabor Peruano! Good stuff and according to some of the trade mags I get, Peruvian cuisine is the new "hot" or "it" food trend coming down the pike. Remember that Peru has a 1500 mile coast line so they do great things with seafood and it's where potatoes originally come from! :D

The Peruvian place is definitely on our list , looks like we may make our way to Dayton for the day on Saturday to go to the Air Force museum, we used to take the kids there when they were small and havent been in probably 20 years Would also like to try the Chinese/Seafood place as well.
