Just back from a quick beach trip and was quite stunned to find a really wonderful restaurant in Seaside (stayed at Grayton Beach, and not much there other than the infamous Red Bar). The Great Southern Cafe was terrific, even though it is located in the busiest shopping area of the community. The chef calls the style "modern Southern," which seems pretty descriptive of the menu.
