Candy Store?

by GaryF » Sat Dec 20, 2008 12:53 pm

I know I've read about a store that sells a selection of penny candies on this forum but can not locate it in a search. I believe it is considered some sort of institution. Ring any bells?

OH- thanks Lois. I didn't know they had candy- I thought the place I was thinking of was in the vast hinterlands across the wide Ohio.

You must be thinking of Schipmff's Confectionary in downtown Jeffersonville.

One of the women I work with brings in those Red Hots all the time. OMG, so good!

Schimpffs is what you are thinking of, Gary. Great, old fashioned candy store.
