Sea grapes (umibudo)

Ordered some from Amazon thinking their nutritional content looked pretty good. Now I’m just having fun prepping and eating them! (Tried to include a photo but I don’t know how to reduce the file size)
They’re small strands of seaweed with tiny “grape-like” leaves that pop when you eat them. I’m thinking a nice topper to a BLT or maybe an addition to sashimi.
