So for some reason, I could not source plated beef ribs. Big, dinosaur ribs (Momma's makes them and they are delicious)... Reached out to Fox Hollow farm via e-mail, she said she'd get them done next time they slaughtered a cow and I could pick them up anytime...
Went to the farm, got to walk into their big freezer and pick out my own 3 lbs rack of ribs...
Everyone I dealt with at the farm was awesome and helpful.
