USDA Prime Beef in Louisville

by Adrian Baldwin » Mon Jun 01, 2015 10:12 am

Any places in town that regularly have this or dry aged?

I know Costco does sometimes, and I feel like I've seen it at Kingsley's before.

Seems like overall Louisville is kind of lacking in the specialty butcher department, or maybe I'm just unaware of these places?

Burger's Market used to have several good butchers. Paul's acquired that side of Burger's business, and I believe some of the staff are operating out of the Paul's in Middletown. Dennis was the gentleman I dealt with most often at Burger's. I know he moved to the new operation. If you're interested, I strongly suggest you call first because I don't get to that area often and don't know the current arrangement.

Try (502) 253-0072

Good luck.
