Last weekend I was dying to roast a duck. Spent half a day hitting the usual suspects trying to find one, and no joy (as we pilots like to say). Then Saturday I'm in Whole Foods and there are bunches of ducks in the fresh poultry section. Just fyi. If you are looking for duck, WF is your place right now!
