Is there any place in Louisville that you can buy truffle butter?

If you can't find it I have made an acceptable substitute mixing truffle oil with soft butter and chilling it.

Gary's advice is good, and simple enough, and maybe less expensive, and you should be able to find truffle oil easily.

In your quest for truffle butter, though, I'd make the usual rounds - Lotsa Pasta, Whole Foods, maybe Doll's or Burger's, and don't forget Creation Gardens.
