Local turkey

by Jessie H » Wed Nov 12, 2014 1:45 pm

I am interested in buying our thanksgiving turkey locally this year. I googled "local turkey" and that was not helpful. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Jessie, Rainbow Blossom has had them in the past. You need to order in advance, though, so I'd call soon.

Let us know if they are taking orders, please, as others might want to know, too. :)

My grapevine says that this farm has/had local birds. They are in Leopold, IN which isn't exactly next door, but the website mentions they do have some sort of pick-up option for New Albany. Could be worth a call if other options don't pan out.
