I have 2, 10 " skillets, a 6" skillet, (little used) and a good sized iron Dutch oven. I also have a very nice, old set of very heavy heavy stainless steel pots and skillets. I use the iron ware almost exclusively except when boiling water for poached/hard/boiled eggs or pasta. And I agree with Steve P. - the new iron ware isn't worth a hoot. If I wanted to add to what I have I'd look at yard sales. And there there used to be some guy at the large flea market that sold some very nice, old, reconditioned iron ware of old vintage. I bought a cornbread cooker from him.
