Has anyone tried Bluegrass Soy Sauce? I'm curious about it.

We tried a small bottle, and it was really good. Much more subtle and complex than either Kikkoman or Chinese soy sauces. But that being said, I do a lot of Asian cooking, and when I want a shot of umami via the soy sauce route, I don't really need to pay the price for the locavore stuff. I could see using it like cheap olive oil and EVOO booth - keep a bottle around for special use when flavor is paramount.

Loved it (which is why I sent a bottle to London!) It has a much deeper reach than regular soy. For the day to day stuff I'll use most brands as long as it's honest to goodness brewed soy. But on good sushi I go for the BGSS.
