Am I the only one who's noticed that the available sweet potatoes over the past months have been peculiar? They've been tough and dry and not very appealing, taking longer to bake than normal. I've tried batch after batch and had the same results. I love a fabulously caramelized, long-bake sweet potato, but haven't been happy with them for months and months now.
