by Cynthia L » Wed Sep 19, 2012 4:41 pm

Saw a great sounding recipe for chicken thighs
Lots of fresh ginger & half soy sauce & hon mirin to marinate.
Suggestions where to buy hon mirin please ?
Know it is rice wine...

Intentional joke, or accidental iPhone/iPad "o" for "i" tap? That's an awfully easy mistake since they're next door to each other ...

Someone will start a website someday soon for haikus made of spell-corrected phrases. I have seen plenty of morons in liquor stores in my days, but it was mirin I saw at Schreck's (and bought a bottle too!). Just noticed yesterday Burger's has it too and also Whole Foods.
