Neil, check the Valu Market (at least the one in Mid-City Mall). I'm pretty sure I've seen organic eggs there. Also look at Rainbow Blossom and Whole Foods.
Personally, I like Chelsey's eggs, available at Whole Foods, Paul's and a few other places around town. They're "pastured," which I take to mean free-range; the box say nothing about organic, but I like them because they're local (Pleasureville, Ky.), and because it's the only egg producer I know of that puts an open date on every box so you can pick the freshest available.
