Chances are the guys in the meat section at Whole Foods could help, but you might have to ask in advance. I'd say Preferred Meats in Sellersburg, Indiana, which has excellent locally produced, humanely raised meat, but I don't think it's certified organic. If you're just looking for high quality, hormone-free, humanely raised product, though, and the specific word "organic" is secondary, then tri Preferred Meats.
