Flying Leap Farm

by Patrick Kelting » Thu Jan 26, 2012 3:34 pm

After seeking out & receiving Robin's blessing;

Flying Leap Farm is a local, urban herb farm using organic principles; no pesticides, no artificial or animal fertilizers. Using these herbs we've created a line of Kentucky Proud flavored vinegars, finishing
salts, rubs & bread dip mix. All of our products are bottled & packaged by hand.

Following a very successful year at local farmers markets; our products have been picked up by
Paul's Fruit Market. We will be doing a tasting at Paul's Brownsboro Rd. location this Saturday
Jan. 28 from 11-2pm. Come out and try our Rosemary Citrus Vinegar, Greek Vinegar and Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar. Also, when they reopen in March, we will be featured at Garden Gate Fruit
Market. Whole Foods has also expressed interest.

Check out our catalog on Facebook. All items available for shipping. Our e-mail address is listed in the Info section.

Some interesting things on there! Do you do any online orders and shipping? I see a few things that will be interesting once we have grilling weather again up here.

I had a post on this thread when it was on the main forum, and now it's gone ( I know Bev P did too). Odd....

I've enjoyed several of Flying Leap's products from Douglas Loop and Oxmoor. I highly recommend their rosemary salt, lavendar sugar and the Rosemary Citrus vinegar from person experience- but I'm sure everything is great. Their price point also makes them great gifts- I gave several for Xmas presents.

Can't say, but I'll assure you that I didn't delete either one. :)
