Japanese earthenware pot

by Gayle DeM » Tue Jan 10, 2012 1:28 pm

I recieved a Donabe (Japanese earthenware pot) (Japanese hot pot) as a Christmas gift. I'd love to actually use it, rather than appreciate it as an objet d′art. Does anyone out there have one and have some recipes he or she would be willing to share?

Gayle,

Very cool! I haven't used one, but I found this:
http://naokomoore.com/

A lot of the recipes on-line appear to be for Healthy eating- great way to greeet the New Year!
All the best-
Deb
