I've made a version of this for my Guests for the past two years. It's a great conversation starter for the out of towners. It's always been a big hit!

You can also make a great egg casserole with sliders.
I grind up 6-8 and add several beaten eggs and milk. Add more cheese on top, bake, and YUM!!
