Seitanic ritual. Steve P, don't look! :D

by Robin Garr » Fri Aug 05, 2011 11:29 pm

"Seitanic ritual": Inspired by a Will Crawford post, I created a vegan BBQ dinner tonight, pulled seitan barbecue on farmers' market potato rolls.  Tastes like pork!

Why, yes! Yes, I do!

1. Go to Rainbow Blossom. Find seitan in the cooler.

2. Take it to the checkout counter. Whip out Amex and pay up.

3. Bring it home. Use as directed.

I actually do have a link that I got from Stanley Chase that looks fairly simple.

Thanks - this actually is clearer and somewhat easier than others I have . . . I may actually try this one (instead of just saving with good intentions)!
