Where to buy Dusseldorf mustard

I have a recipe for White Castle Casserole I want to try out, and I want to make it authentically, using White Castle-like Dusseldorf mustard.

Is there any grocery in Louisville that sells it or something similar?

I have Koops' brand. I probably got it at one of the bigger Krogers. I am sure you could find it at Lotsa Pasta or Paul's in Middeltown.

A friend of ours whose son-in-law works in management for White Castle told us that they were going be selling their mustard retail. I've yet to see it anywhere but will certainly keep looking. I do like Koop's and it should be easily available.

I got mine at the Kroger on Hubbards.

The White Castle restaurants had the retail bottle for sale a month or so ago and may still have them; I saw it on one of my rare trips inside instead of hitting the drive-thru. I saw it at the 1st and Market WC, in a little case beside the cash registers.

Try Stadium Mustard. You can find it at Meijer's. I think it is a good substitution.

Bob just found the White Castle dusseldorf mustard in a bottle at the WC on Hurstborne Lane just past Taylorsville Rd. He said it was $2.50 for a 10 oz jar. Enjoy!

I just picked up a couple bottles at the one on National Turnpike. Can't wait to use it.

I haven't been anywhere to check out other brands yet. Will still keep a look out for them though.
