I have a set of silicone oven mitts that I like, but what you gain in heat resistance you lose in flexibility. It's a little harder to get a grip on that hot baking dish.

That's why I like the Kitchen Grips better than something like the Orca. May feel a little bit more heat, but they are very flexible and you can get a really good grip on things with them.

Sorry
Did not read it right, when someone says gadget...... I light up!!!

NEW gadget, a Knife block with an interior like a "KOOSH" ball, I think that one is pretty good, and just might be easier on the knife?

Has anyone tried the oxo mango pit/seed remover? It's awesome if you eat a lot of mangos - makes easy work of getting the most fruit possible.

I hate to admit it, but the "Pampered Chef" people finally came up with something useful. My wife goes to these partys and usually buys crap, but I really like this thing. A silicon brush with a "bottle' on the end to hold my basting liquids. I've been useing this thing alot while I'm BBQing lately. My latest fave is Lea and Perrin's, Frank's, Beer and Butter (with a touch of other seasonings) on pork .

I love the Aero Latte.

...makes the best cat spit, ever. :D

much like this cat spit:

- though not runny, and tighter binding.

you see, our cat spit never came out of a canister or involved n20 (it'd not have been so light and 'bubbly').
just good old fashioned oxygen, soy lecithin, diluted flavored cream, a spoon, and a steady hand.

and with end results as such:

...to later be froze, and which becomes.... frozen air?
 :?

damn. i love double standards of application.

...and the shear simplicity gives me a headache.

I put vegetables in your desserts, white chocolate with your fish and other nonsense stuff that you think shouldn't make sense, but coax the nonsense into something that makes complete sense in your mouth. Just open your mind, mouth and eat.

It's decals - I am looking for some for my boring white one in teal, or maybe red lights and sirens! :D :D :D :D I have seen flame ones in several colors on ebay.
