Party Beans/ frioles' para fiesta a la noche'

[i]I got this at The Market Street in Wichita Falls, Tx. it came from all recipes.com[i]

You'll need to get at hand:

1 pound 85/15 ground round.
1 pound Hickory Smoked bacon.
1-15 oz. can Bush's Baked beans.*
1-15 oz. can Bush's great northern beans (rinsed and drained).*
1-15 oz. can Bush's Butter Beans (R&D)*
1-cup Dark Brown Sugar level slightly packed.
1'cup Hickory Smoked bbq sauce.
1-1 oz. envelope Onion Soup Mix
And my favorite 1/4 cup white dijon mustard(4 tbsp) You can do this or NOT.
* got a favorite brand? use it mix and match whatever.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. F.
In a large iron skillet:
Panchetta the bacon drain and crumble. Set aside.

Same skillet: brown and crumble the ground round until evenly browned.
Drain and add to or move to a large deep casserole dish and combine
bacon, beef and beans. Mix bbq sauce, sugar, Onion soup mix
until smooth. Add mustard at this point(or not). Mix well.

Gently fold the sauce and beans together until well blended.
Bake uncovered for about an hour. rest, serve and enjoy!
