Crap, it looks like we can't come after all. An event that we thought was the 14th is actually the 7th. Oh well. Remove Tim and me from the list, please.

Please subtract Ed Vermillion +2 from the list as we have been press ganged into a far less cordial affair that sadly lacks fried chicken yet requires immediate attention.

Paul I am going to have to miss the offline again :| , sorry but the locals are saying 70 degrees plus this Saturday and Sunday and cabin fever is kicking in.

I plan on this Summer to invite the forum on a boat ride ( one of them 3 hour tours that Gilligan used to talk about )

Ok sorry that it took me so long to get back on here but I broke the USB cable to my modem and didn't have a chance to get a new one until a while ago, and for some reason my phone won't let me post things on here... I talked to Jim (the manager at Flabby's) and he said pretty adamantly that doing any sort of large group platters is not feasible. :( He was glad for the numbers update and I promised to let give another one in the next couple of days. I do believe his first reaction when I told him was "Holy Shit!" which gave me a good laugh. He promises to have the chicken frying early so that it won't be too bad of a wait for everyone. He asked me to also post a list of sides on here so that everyone can have an idea ahead of time-I'll do that later tonight as I need to get ready for work right now. He also wanted everyone to know that one order of chicken consists of a breast, leg, thigh, and wing.

I'm sorry to hear you all can't make it, but I hope you have fun with your other plans. The list above has been pared down to represent the latest count.

I don't know if anyone mentioned this, I am actually getting ready to walk out the door to work and remembered something about Flabby's - BRING CASH. Unless they added it in the last few months, they do not take plastic. They have taken personal checks in the past, but prefer cash.

Good call, Suzi. I can confirm that Flabby's is cash only.

Also, I want to give you all advance warning that I am bringing my camera and you all may end up on the Germantown and Schnitzelburg neighborhood blog! (germantownandschnitzelburg.blogspot.com)

Grrr...cable at home is down (and therefore my internet  ), I meant to bring the menu to work with me so I could put up the info I said I would but of course I forgot it at home. Hopefully everything is back up when I get home in the morning.
