I, too, vote for a buffet, Wes. If you want a more detailed input, my favorite is the Sampler pizza, original please, not Sicilian. See you all tomorrow.

Buffet it is. At least 4, maybe 5 pizzas, breadstix will be waiting on everyone. Salad and if anyone wants anything else we will be happy to prepare. We will have room for anyone who has a last minute arrival. See ya Monday.

It was great to see everyone I already knew, an honor to meet all the new locals I had yet to meet and especially nice to meet Steve and Barbara. Steve and Barbara, welcome to your new home. I could see in your faces and hear in your voices how much you love being here. Barbara, you were correct when you told me the Ville is perfect for y'all.

In addition, many thanks to Wes and Bennie for opening up for us during off hours. Also, thanks to the 2 nice young ladies who took great care of us all this afternoon. I had a fantastic time meeting everyone, talking it up and eating great food. Great food along with great company is truly one of lifes best treasures.

I can only echo what everyone else said. It was good to put some faces with some names!

It really was good to meet everyone, many of you for the umpteenth time, but also Carl A and Barbara ... and also Michele ... who were first-timers at a forum offline. And many thanks, of course, to Wes and Benny and their excellent servers, who made it a particularly memorable gathering. I guess we ended up with what, about a dozen of us? Would have been great if we could have had even more.

Scott, we ate exactly the same pizzas. We must have excellent taste. :D

Seriously, everything was excellent. Totally spot on. Thanks to EVERYONE.

Thanks to everybody for a great time. Our only regret is we didn't have more time to chat with and get to know you all.

A special thanks to Wes, Benny and the crew at Impellizzeri's Pizza. The pizza was wonderful, and it was great sampling your different specialties.

Now if you all know anybody who wants to buy a house in Maine...

Hey Everyone,

This is Barbara. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful an opportunity it was to meet you all. I love to eat and laugh and share stories and information with folks and yesterday was just amazing. As Steve said I am sorry we did not have more time but as Doogy said the good Lord willing and the creek don't rise we will have many more opportunities in the future to share with all of y'all. Many many thanks again to Benny and Wes for being so kind and many thanks to the ladies who were in the back ground with their seamless service. We could not have asked for a better first introduction to the foodies of Louisville.

Barbara

Great food and great company! Thanks to "cousin" WesP and the crew for the fine lunch. Hope we didn't overwhelm the Mainers with our tips on living in the 'Ville. Maybe a "Moving to Louisville Guidebook" - including 30 years old maps to show them where the Old Sears Building is????

On behalf of myself, Benny and our crew, we want to thank everyone for coming to our restaurant and all of the wonderful comments. To have a chance to meet some of the formites, and to share with Steve and Barbara the tradition Benny has built, was our pleasure.
Thanks again and let's do it again soon.
Wes
