I am so, so sorry to have to bow out - they are taping "Secrets of Louisville Chefs" at Lou Lou Tuesday and I will need to be on hand to help out and look pretty so I will catch you guys at the next one.

I am so bummed ... three of my lessons rescheduled to 1:30 p.m. since they are out of school. Grrrrrrr .... oh well, maybe next time.

Shucks- I must bow out too. There is a radio promotion taking over the restaurant on Tues so my day off has changed.

Looks like the group is getting a little smaller than we thought, but maybe we'll get a few latecomers. In any case, Mary and I are still planning to be there!

Sorry it took so long to get back with you all. I have had terrible computer issues the past week or so.

I just wanted to thank those who came in for lunch and say how nice it was to finnaly get to meet a few of the forumites. I hope everyone enjoyed their lunch and the "Possum Pie"......
