I missed your PM somehow, so sorry! If someone else cancels, Tom and I would love to take that spot!

Ok..lets see what we can work out. Wasn't it Tom that coined the "chitlings of the sea" reference about the fish maw, or am I confused?

Hello All:

Just found out this topic as i don't usually come here often. We have reserved 3 round tables for the night of 25th, each table can seat 10 people, more than 10 people for one table is a little bit too tight, so 30 people for 3 round tables are the best fit. Looking forward to see you all & hope you'll enjoy our authtntic chinese cuisine. (p.s. John: a deposit is not necessary since you all are from the louisvillehotbytes & we truse you all will come. All dishes for that night is not on our menus, so we need to prepare ahead. If you have any suggetions & changes, please let me know.)

thank you,

angel

We have added two people to original reservation to bring us to 27. At first we thought we could only do 25 people, but if its not a problem we would appreciate adding the two more. The only menu suggestion I would add, would be some of the soup dumplings you guys make. I also remember somebody saying they were hoping for chicken feet.
Thanks, we are looking forward to it.

Had a great time all. It always nice to put a face with a name. Tea smoked duck was my fav overall. I think Anne scored the best with her giant lobster claw, one giant bit of succulent meat. Not sure what those little fish were near the end, with the bamboo, but they reminded me of smelt(in a good way). Im also not big on tofu, but that portion on the cold plate was great. Very full and very happy. Thanks everybody.

John, thank you so much for organizing last nights off line. Oh my what a wonderful meal.
Thank you Angel for going all out. I have to admit I did not want to let the bean curd appetizer go nor the pea shoots and mushrooms. Everything was...great. Oh and the soup....mmm. :D

Thanks for organizing, John! It was great! I'll get a few pictures resized for the forum and post them with some comments later today, and maybe we can start a thread on the main forum with reports.
