I want to know if it's okay if I assemble my sandwiches on-site, like toast the bread there so it'll be hot and possibly put a little heat on the bacon. If anyone has an objection speak now or forever hold your peace!
We are all to make 6 servings of...whatever we're serving. In my case, it'll be a sandwich.

Can we have a head count on spectators? Dave, is there a number of people you don't want to go above? Count my guy John as one spectator. Carol C and Bob C will be there. Linda B and her guy. Doogy. I just want to make sure everyone will get a little bacon in their life, so I want to be sure to have enough ingredients on hand to feed everybody.
Last question: Judges, are we going to be doing a blind tasting, or will we do it iron chef-style, where we present our offering and tell you our ingredients while you taste?
