How much work do you need? just a chimney or porch-- or whole side of house redone? Is it brick or stone?

The crack starts at ground level on both sides in concrete foundation where house was added onto then goees zig zag up into bricks for a little ways....it is an older house that was completely gutted and redone, ie. nothing original except basement and brick walls so it was consic=dered a new house when we bought it.

We used Kaufman some years ago for some cracks in our basement walls. On a recent inspection, they said the repairs still looked great 18-20 years later. I don't know if they still do this kind of work but, if they can't, could possibly refer you to someone that can. The company has been around a long time. Will try to attach a link to their website.
