Steve,

Not to highjack your thread but my husband, Briian, had excellent results quitting using the e-cig after many other attempts. He swears by it. More info at www.e-cigarette-forum.com. ( he says to do your research on brands before buying- also happy to provide input if you'd like.

Best of Luck!

yeah i know.....i always said that, but i could not drink responsibly. To others that can kick back with a beer/drink of their choice and know when to call it quits, more power to them. I just couldn't make it work. But hey, it sure saves me a heck of A LOT of money!

"Responsible" and "Drinking" should never be used in the same sentence. "Drinking" and "Designated Driver" on the other hand are a perfectly acceptable (preferable) combination. 8)

Good for you Becky. You're too cool to allow too much alcohol to shadow your neat personality. I will take a lesson from you my friend!

Actually, not as much as you might think...although I admit that my joking around about it might lead you to other conclusions.

Joking aside, this smoking thing has got to go.

My parents and hubby both quit using Chantix. Granted, it can be expensive, and has some rather interesting side effects, but it did work. My mom and dad smoked for almost 50 years, and my husband for about 10.

I quit smoking cold-turkey last Autumn (not sure which month). I'm no longer chemically dependent but I do want to fire one up every time I watch a Clark Gable movie.
