Central State quesion...

I don't know if anyone would know this or not, but here goes...

I live near Central State Hospital. I have seen several construction and electrical contractors walking the area and looking at blueprints and such in the empty area that is along Whipps Mill Rd. Does anyone know if they are planning on building something there like a new building? Do you know who I could call and ask?

Just ask a contractor, they will know what they are bidding on and will be the easiest to talk to.
