Read the book. Does it stay pretty close to that?

I read a review a few weeks ago that said it takes a lot of liberties with the book. It emphasizes Suzie's heavenly experience more than the book does. I loved the book and I'll definitely see the movie; I'm curious to see what Peter Jackson did with it. The reivew said something along the lines of it being very eye candy-ish/surreal.
