Lost Dog off Eastern Parkway

My friend's dog has disappeared from her new home in the Germantown area. Actually, she lives off Clarks Lane on the other side of Eastern Parkway (I'm not really sure what that area is called).

PLEASE HELP: When I got home from work my back gate was wide open & my Rudy was gone! Her collar was sitting on the ground...she is looks like a miniature black lab & is as sweet as can be. If anyone has seen or heard of someone finding a ...little black dog please contact me. She has one of those chips in her back for identification purposes.

Please let me know if you and anyone else you know comes across Rudy. My friend just moved to this house last week and the Rudy will probably not know her way home.

I hate to hear about lost dogs - I know how worried and heartbroken I would be if mine were missing. I live in the neighborhood and will keep an eye out. I hope your friend finds her dog!
