Laptop repair service

My Toshiba laptop is seriously overheating. (I believe the fan is still working as all it does is push out hot air.) I'm afraid that it's my hard drive overheating - which is never a good thing. I have a stand the laptop sits on that cools it down some. But even with that, it gets uncomfortably hot.

Can anyone recommend a company that is quick and reliable? This is my work and personal computer so I'd like the turnaround to be as quick as possible.

How old is the computer? Because honestly with how much the repairs are for a laptop anything beyond a ram upgrade or a harddrive swap out you'd be just as well served to get a new laptop.

I believe Iglou.com does computer repairs including laptops at fair prices. I've never had tech work done by them, but they're great folks and have been my local ISP (and LouisvilleHotBytes host) since 1994.
