Anyone know what the new building being built in Middletown next to the Super Walmart will be? Thanks!

Whoa! That seems very strange to have them right next to each other! Just a regular Target or a Super Target? Does anyone know that?

Do ya think it is possible that the parcel of land where Walmart was built was owned by one developer and the Target parcel by another ?

Hey, wouldn't it be cool if Louisville became the epicenter of a retail cage match between Walmart and Target...I can hear it now:

"and in this corner wearing plaid padonkadonk shorts and weighing in at a bloated 7000 square feet of cheap imported value...WALLLLLLL- MART" (sound of crowd booing).

That used to be one parcel on land. I could be mistaken but I think Cogan owns the whole site including the other strip malls also. I will check it out.

There's a Target and Wal-Mart next to each other in Bashford Manor.
