My iBook needs a new battery. Anybody know where I can get one cheap? It looks like it's going to cost me about $100. YIKES!

Try the mac authority on breckinridge ln, across from bw3. 259-5490 usually way cheaper than other mac stores, plus they fix macs.

You may want to check out the replacement batteries from Newer Technology. I've used them in PowerBooks with good experiences. They're available from many vendors for less than what's listed on their own site. I like them better than the Apple OEM replacement. I'm not sure if Mac Authority carries them or not.
