I can't see my site. My web host says the problem is with Insight. Since I have Insight he says that's why I can't see it, and that everyone who does NOT have Insight can see it.

I think he's full of crap, and that's why I need a test.

Sooo, if you do NOT use Insight, please try to pull up my site and please let me know your results.

It sounds like Insight is indeed, blocking your website. From this site I found your IP address that lead me to this host in South Bend, IN. And this site leads me to believe that you're on a server that's shared with other businesses, like this one and this one. Sharing a server with other sites honestly isn't an uncommon practice for small businesses. It's possible that Insight has blocked an IP address from the host because one of the other sites that shares the server is either a spam host or some other sketchy site. I'd contact your host to see if your site could be moved to a different server or IP address, or find out from Insight why IP address 206.212.241.235 is blocked.

We do have Insight and I cannot see your site. It says "hmmm, Gallery House is not loading right now", which is what I guess you're seeing, Leah.

Just to add to the mystery, I as an Insight customer CAN see the Culbertson site, but CANNOT see the Highland Lighting site.

Like Marsha, I can see Culbertson, but not Highland lighting.

Highland Lighting is the host's owner's other biz, so I'd think he'd want that up and running.

I think I've just learned yet another very good reason not to switch to Insight broadband. Blocking host IPs is a little too paternalistic for me, and if they want to block known spam hosts, they need to do it more competently, without collateral damage to other small-business sites. I'd be raising a lot of hell ... and publicizing their responses widely on sites like this one.

It might be interesting to plug your domain name into http://www.ip-domain.com.cn/ to see if you can get to sites that share your IP address.

Leah- same for me- only Culbertson is showing, though your wedding cake site is just fine.

I have Insight and your site is showing a DNS error, but the cached Google copy is loading alright.
