Today's CJ, last week's funnies?

Is it only in my carrier route, or did everyone (at least that declining number who still take the CJ) get an encore of last week's comix again in today's CJ? It just gets worse and worse ...

I got new comics today on a very different paper - not quite card stock but much thicker than the rest of the paper.
