I just went up to Otter Creek Park yesterday for one final hike and one final visit to the nature center...Lots of great memories of this Kentucky Gem...Camp Piomingo being my exposure to this beautiful park...I was shocked to find out that the city had removed all Otter Creek Park signs and had the nature center locked up before the official closing date...What Da ?!?!...In fact, we had actually missed the turn because we were looking for the Otter Creek Park entrance sign... :x...I did get a chance to vent some of my frustrations when I ran into Fox 41 news reporter Dick Erby who was doing a piece on Otter Creek Park's Final days...The video is currently posted on the Fox 41 website...

Our petition is now online, available for downloading.

If you believe, as we do, that Otter Creek Park is one of the most beautiful places in the world, and would like to see it reopen, please print out the form and collect signatures. Take them to your places of businesses, restaurants you frequent, your churches, wherever you think like-minded people will see it and sign up. And be sure to ask signers to print their information CLEARLY.

We'll be collecting them at the next meeting, date and time to be announced. If you can't make our meetings, we'll also announce an address to send them to shortly.

Thanks!
