The Clapper

by Gayle DeM » Tue Dec 02, 2008 12:23 am

I just heard/saw my first Clapper commercial of the season. I am so excited. I now know for certain that Christmas is drawing near. And more exciting news: this year there is also a Clapper Plus!

I took a Clapper to a White Elephant Exchange ... it was the most exchanged gift ever! Everybody wanted it!

My mother uses a Clapper for her Christmas lights. They work great! No digging around behind your tree to get to the plug.

I know what you mean though.

CLAP ON --CLAP OFF is almost like hearing a Christmas carol.

I'm not your mother (at least not that I know ) but that's specifically what we use ours for. And we "won" ours at a Yankee swap (kind of like a white elephant exchange).

We had the most fun with it when we had our dearly departed pug, Cleo. If she got near it and started barking we'd be treated to a light show.
